At Ohio Valley Veneer, we produce all our lumber from the highest-grade Appalachian Forest logs. By managing our log inventories, we ensure our customers will get a consistent end product (lumber) of the highest quality based on NHLA standards. Ohio Valley Veneer, in addition to our log buying operation, has are own logging group, Ed Robbins Logging. This allows us to manage our inventory of available logs to support our customers expected needs. Combine that with our experienced sawyers and graders and we strive to assure lumber quality which meets our customers’ expectations. The lumber is hand graded and separated by grade value and length providing our clients with consistent value order after order.

Wood, like any other natural product, varies greatly in the number of naturally occurring defects and appearance. By adhering to NHLA standards for grading we provide exceptional value based on grades of: select & better and 1, 2 and 3 common.
